On Thursday, PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV Gas), PetroVietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company (PV Gas South) and Japan Cooperation Centre Petroleum (JCCP) signed a co-operation agreement to develop a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution management system.
